It was a bit costly, but the doctor was incredibly friendly, understanding, and cooperative throughout the treatment for my condition, and made sure I felt comfortable and well cared for. Highly recommend.
Poor assessment and lazy advice. Luckily I went to another GP for a second opinion and I discovered they recommended the wrong kind of treatment, making my condition worse. Just a money making uncaring place. Be better!
Went through Vitality insurance, only £20 for a 15min consultation with super easy availability. Was in and out in no time and got exactly what I needed. No need to wait years for NHS appointments, well worth it
I paid expecting to see a competent doctor, I was in need of help, but I was misdiagnosed. I attended with shingles, and had all relevant symptoms. The 'doctor' diagnosed a skin infection. Six days later & in extreme pain I was diagnosed correctly with shingles, by a doctor at a walk in centre - free of charge! I complained and requested a full refund. I was offered a 10% discount on my next visit! As if I'd go back. Booking system very good though.
If I could leave no stars I would .. I specifically booked an appointment to receive same day results. In the appointment notes I stated the test I wanted however was overcharged for an additional test I didn’t ask for. I called the clinic quickly after my appointment and was cut-off, I called a further time where the girl stated she would speak to a doctor and request for the test to be amended and the additional amount refunded.
