The only reason I am giving a 5 star is the vehicle was back at a decent hour. I am still frustrated that I make an appointment for 7am and it takes 4-5 hours for the work to be completed on the vehicle. As soon as I say I am leaving the vehicle I am told it will be done in the afternoon, yet if I am waiting the vehicle is done ASAP. Still will never understand that with Londonderry dodge. Plus, this is the first time I have ever gotten a phone call to remind me of the recalls, usually service waits for me to book my appoint... read more
I was in for recall work, however I asked for a few extra issues to be checked. All issues were resolved and he explained what was found and what I had to "keep an eye on." The service staff were pleasant, helpful and considerate of my time. My experience was very positive and I would not hesitate to recommend Londonderry Chrysler service to anyone.Â
