I dealt previously with Mitch buban who is now promoted, and more recently with Matt Stevenson sales manager and Andrew/rick team of sales guys. Not going to lie I’ve shopped around and was having trouble making a deal. I emailed Matt and explained I had a approval in place . He and his team went above and beyond to get me into my new ram 1500. I am more than happy with the truck and the service I received. I can say first hand a lot of guys promise that they can get it done but Londonderry dodge delivers.

They did service on couple recalls. The service was good. Wish they could check for the air pressure on my tires. Maybe they did but nobody told me. Overall I’m satisfied.
The service staff was very pleasant to deal with. Camille the sevice manager went the extra mile to make sure my vehicle was well taken care of.

The service was great. Jamie was very friendly as usual and advises me in detail what was done. What added to the experience was I got to meet the tech who worked on my jeep. He came over and opened the hood and showed me. He was very friendly and professional. It was nice he took the time to meet me. Outstanding!!!
