Super clean facility! The staff took the time to explain all the options and discounts and truly went above and beyond to help us get our unit. Great experience and outstanding customer service.
This facility is the best. They are always so respectful and friendly. If you need something they always help out. And for the facility itself you will not find a cleaner place. I've never had issues with anything like bugs or mice. This IS the place to rent from.
I wish I could give this more than 5 stars. The owner Rhonda was so sweet and helpful. We called the office and she was willing to show us units with no one there. Opened the gates and door while on the phone with us. Glad we were able to get a unit within an hour.
Wonderful. Out of state move in challenging conditions (tropical storm hit while we were unloading). We had too many questions and everyone we worked with were helpful and did more that I expect. Great experience and a great value. I recommend them.
Need a place to store some items? I found a hidden gem in Portland, TX on Moore Ave. They offer both drive‑up units and climate‑controlled units, which is a huge plus in this Texas heat. The whole location is clean, cool, and secure with gated access. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable when it came to helping us choose the right unit size. I definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone needing extra space.
