I actually met the owner of the company who serviced our system originally. We've used them before and have been impressed both times. Largest issue #1 on my list is honesty and they've proven themselves 100% honest.....tried and true! They are really great with pricing and their service is phenomenal. I have to admit, I usually do not take the time to write a review unless I am extremely upset. Every once in a while though, a company impresses me so much I have to give a glowing review. The 3 main things I look for are honesty, knowledge, and price, in that order. Rarely does a company check off all 3 boxes but Lone Star Septic did all 3. Above all a company has to be honest. Listen, I dont give easy reviews. I run a service company and understand what REAL customer service is. These guys are AWESOME! Fair priced, very professional, and dont try to take advantage of you at all. Not very many companies like this around anymore. I've had Zac, Dalton, and Cody come out to my house on different occasions and they were all great. My wife stays at home with my kids and I feel very comfortable with these guys working at my house without me being there. Second to none!!!
