Service was fast and staff was very knowledgeable. Good with kids. Didnt feel like a typical "ER" felt more like a family's doctors office. Will be using this ER in the future when needed. Thanks guys :)
This ER is so different from ones I have seen before. They have a comfortable waiting area stocked with drinks in a Fridge. Coffee bar with tons of flavors. And snacks.... All free! But you won't be in the waiting area long because you get show to a room asap and see the doctor soon after. The decore and thought put into making sure you are comfortable follows into your private room. And it has a TV to enjoy while being cared for. The staff is friendly and the space is really clean.
We had a great experience at Lonestar! My five year old fell and broke her arm. I wasn’t sure whether to take her to the ER or to an urgent care. I ended up taking her here since I had heard that they didn’t make patients wait. We were promptly greeted by the nurse who brought us straight back to the pediatric room. Before she was even done taking vitals Dr. G had come in to check her arm. My daughter was scared and in a ton of pain and everyone was so friendly and amazing at helping her feel comfortable.
