This place is fairly new but super clean. There's easy access in and out. They have security 24/7. The staff is always kind and they send me reminders.Because I am so forgetful adopt timely paying. But when they contact , they're always super kind and accommodating. My bank account was hacked twice and I had to replace my card. We had an absolutely wonderful experience today at Long Beach Self Storage. Kristina was friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. The facilities are fantastic, clean and well laid out. The process was simple and fast and the rates are the best in town. She was a real life safer today. Thank you so much again!
I have been a customer here since the day that they opened the doors. They have always been very helpful. They always keep the place clean and tidy. If I ever have a problem they can always help me figure it out. They rates are okay it would be nice if they were just a little cheaper but I get it
This was sooooo easy! Seriously. Modern storage solutions for the modern age. All I had to do was go online and set it up. Only took a few minutes. The place was closed so I went into the chat for help on directions to the unit. The lady was able to bring up a map and digitally walk me to my unit. It even came with a new lock, still in the packaging, inside! I can’t believe how simple and easy it was to set it up. No long waits.
