Scott is truly incredible, he saved us! If you need help with bed bugs, Scott is 100% who you should call, hands down. He is extremely kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and effective. We had had an ongoing problem with bed bugs for months that the many other exterminators who came to our apartment had failed to resolve. I called for an inspection, went through my concerns and Scott told me he didn’t think I had a bed bug problem at this time. Spent 10 minutes taking me through what to look for, said I could send pictures and he’d be happy to look at them. Would have been easy for him to just book an inspection and make that fee but instead he just educated me through what to look for. Such a rare thing nowadays! The kind of company you want to give your business to.

I saw what I thought was a bedbug and freaked out! Do I call a big corporation to do the job or do I contact someone that owns a small business? Orkin, who received an A+ from the BBB and great reviews from Forbes had terrible reviews from customers in recent months. Scott and his K9 Hunter were great! Scott is incredibly knowledgable (NY Times calls him The Bedbug Hunter). Scott started with a thorough inspection of the furniture and bedrooms and explained the signs to look for. On top of that Scott took time out of his busy schedule during 4th of July week when many were not available. Hunter was super focused from the moment he got inside my apartment.
