Had home insurance thru these guys. Found out they did not do their due diligence and price shop for us and insisted there was no other options and what they had was the best price. Found insurance elsewhere that has the same coverage for a fraction of the price. When we informed them of this, they had nothing to say nor offered to help with searching. Amazing people here. Any issues I've had they always resolve and do so in most convient way often over the phone. Even despite postal strikes they helped me get what I needed. My family and I are very grateful and I recommend for any services they provide. Wish I got the name of the person that helped me so I could send a thank you present for the office.
