The best thing I can say about this place is the office's customer service. The gal who works in there is always so kind and just a joy to chat with. Yes, the storage facility is clean, and a good price but I would recommend all for the fact that they have an amazing employee running it from the office. I had to call a few times with questions and they always answered my questions and even on their day off would they call to answer my voicemail. Great customer service and people!
Best prices, its secure and clean. Kyle the manager is sharp and on top of things. I feel very comfortable storing my valuables here. I've visited other places, that had gates left open, and no one was there. This is a first class operation, with no detail left unattended.
My family that includes three sons has been using Long Lake Storage since we moved into Port Orchard 20 plus years ago. We have stored household items and Corvettes in this facility. Its' greatest asset is the Manager, Kylie, she represents Long Lake Storage with pride of ownership, a smile and attentive service. There's no place else I would use for storage than this place. The units have been very convenient and safe and so far, no damage to my belongings (5 months). The best asset they have is Kyle! She is the best on so many levels.
