Long View Lighting was hired to install LED recessed lighting in two rooms of our home. One set of 6 was for our two story great room with 21 ft ceilings and another set of 4 in our 10 ft ceiling living room. The living room lights were installed fine without any issues. However, in our 2 story great room, the installer made an error on measuring 2 of the lights and now we have ugly holes in our ceiling. As a senior female I am always concerned about getting ripped off since it has happened so many times. I had a wonderful experience with John. He was up front about the cost and what it would cover. Editing 5/16/25 Changed to 1 star. To the company, yes I did cancel the job. I was told you were over and hour and a half behind right before you were supposed to be here. Poor communication skills and mismanagement of schedules are not preposterous. Both times you were supposed to be here something happened right before the arrival time to where you wouldn't be here on time. John and Nicole were both pleasant and nice that's why I gave 2 stars. Long View Lighting was amazing. Evan was on time and prepared for the quote. Evan and John showed up and worked with me to fix several things around my house. The price was very reasonable and the work was outstanding. Highly recommend them to everyone for their electrical needs.
The electricians at Long View ran power from my garage door opener outlet to my outside wall and installed a Nest security camera for me. They were on-time, courteous and did the job with no problem.
