So glad I picked this storage unit. The manager Steve is very helpful and super kind. I was having a lot of complications getting into the gate and came after office hours were closed. However, the team did a great job answering the phone and helping me until I was able to get in. For sure recommend the storage unit for anyone who is moving into the area or needs a reliable place to hold their personal belongings.

Manager Steve is the best!! He is so helpful, professional and kind. I would recommend Longfellow Self- Storage as a place to do business any day! Steve truly looks out for the business and the customers.

I got all of my belongings stolen less than 24 hours after moving into a unit back in November and it has been a total nightmare to deal with. Storage Pro upper management is absolutely terrible. The District Manager, Luis, couldn’t even be bothered to make one measly phone call. I also got word that they’re still having break ins, so unless you want to get your belongings stolen, do not rent a unit here.

Manager Steve was incredibly helpful during my visit to the storage facility. He patiently addressed all my questions and concerns, and even took the time to show me various storage units and pricing options that fit my budget. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable and resourceful to assist you in finding the right unit and price, Steve is the person to go to!
