I got all of my belongings stolen less than 24 hours after moving into a unit back in November and it has been a total nightmare to deal with. Storage Pro upper management is absolutely terrible. The District Manager, Luis, couldn’t even be bothered to make one measly phone call. I also got word that they’re still having break ins, so unless you want to get your belongings stolen, do not rent a unit here.

Longfellow storage Austin has good promotions for new customers. The grounds are professionally maintained and I feel like my things are safe there. Staffed has always been very friendly.p

I went to your place of Business to seek some information concerning renting storage space I was met by Esteban he was very helpful answered all my questions very through and made us feel very comfortable with his personality. Great Guy!
