I got all of my belongings stolen less than 24 hours after moving into a unit back in November and it has been a total nightmare to deal with. Storage Pro upper management is absolutely terrible. The District Manager, Luis, couldn’t even be bothered to make one measly phone call. I also got word that they’re still having break ins, so unless you want to get your belongings stolen, do not rent a unit here.
Steve was super helpful and went out of his way to help me get back into my unit after losing my key.
Manager Steve was incredibly helpful during my visit to the storage facility. He patiently addressed all my questions and concerns, and even took the time to show me various storage units and pricing options that fit my budget. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable and resourceful to assist you in finding the right unit and price, Steve is the person to go to!
Longfellow storage Austin has good promotions for new customers. The grounds are professionally maintained and I feel like my things are safe there. Staffed has always been very friendly.p
BEWARE! Don't rent here unless you want all of your belongings STOLEN!!! I got a unit here last weekend during an emergency situation I was going thru and needed to store my belongings and within less than 24 hours of putting my stuff in the unit it was broken into and almost all of my belongings I had put into the unit were stolen!!!
