I was one of the first patients at Longhorn. It’s not the first recovery center I’ve been to, but it’s the only one where I feel like I got both what I wanted and what I needed. Choosing a treatment center these days can feel scary and overwhelming. There are plenty of nice-looking rehabs where the treatment itself falls short because the program is fundamentally transactional.
