I had been going to another dental practice in Albany and had my first appointment yesterday. I was so impressed with the whole team. The front desk staff were professional and had smiles on their faces! Lisa was so personable and professional. She made me so comfortable with everything and explained things well. I never thought I would say I enjoyed a trip to the dentist but after my experience at Longleaf, I can definitely say that. All of the staff was so welcoming and kind and just makes you feel like they are happy you are there. Every step of the process I was met with friendly employees who were thorough with their job. I would recommend this office to anyone!
I had to have a tooth pulled and have a big issue with extreme anxiety. Dr. Clark and his staff were amazing and made it to where I had very little anxiety and NO Pain. From beginning to end all of the office was amazing and comforting. It was my best dental experience EVER. I will be having more work done and for the first time ever I am not paralyzed with dread. Thanks so much for changing my lifelong fear of dental procedures...you all are THE BEST!
Kelly took my initial call, very sweet and professional. I was greeted with a smile by the front desk, sat for 1 minute before I was called for my turn. Hygienist was prompt and efficient with my app time. Dr. Clark was in and out in a timely manner while still being thorough. Great visit, and will highly recommend to friends and family!
