Booked in advance, confirmed appointment online, received a gazillion texts/emails confirming my appointment. I show up on the day of the appointment, 10 mins ahead of time, go up to their office, no one is there at the front desk, I knocked on doors, even yelled, and nobody came out, no body called or emailed. I waited for a whole hour and not a soul walked through the office. Highly unprofessional. Do NOT recommend this company at all.
