Bought BIYORI HydroGen 6 (creamy beige) from the store recently to replace the flooring for the entire house. I found the store has a wide range of products with good quality. What made them really special are the exceptional customer services and good knowledge of the products. Very impressed!
I recently bought a small condo in North Vancouver which I really liked except for the old carpet. I looked around at several other places but got the most help in complying with the strata by-laws for floor renovation from Lonsdale Flooring. I choose a good-quality Luxury Vinyl Plank to be installed in my living/dining room and two bedrooms, including closets. We went with londsdale because of the reviews and figured that the slightly higher price point would guarantee us better service and better results. They floored our entire 2200 sq ft townhouse renovation. The hardwood installer did a great job and we’re happy with both the product and installation. The carpet and vinyl installation, however, is terrible. The carpet was over cut and under cut in many spots, leaving a messy DIY-looking appearance. Almost finished getting our carpets installed by Lonsdale flooring! Everyone who we had contact with throughout the job made you feel like you were important to them, from the manager John, to the sales guy Mike and to the lovely and professional installers!
