Terrible place to live! They started off good, but after Kaye left (the previous office manager) is when everything became unfit and ghetto! I wouldn’t let my pet live here! No customer service skills or etiquette from any of the staff. Poor management! Long waits for repairs, violent tenants, smells like cigarettes and weed upon entering and exiting daily! Unsafe for anyone living alone, with children or seniors! Find somewhere else! Just not here! If I could leave negative stars, I would!!!
Cambridge Square has been good to me over the years. Very peaceful environment. Close access to freeways and shopping. Maintenance is always prompt like every time I’ve called… next thing… they’re at my door and even follow up with me. Nice place to call home.
I was here for 2 years as a tenant! It took me 2 years to land a place here as when I first moved here everyone loved it here! I loved my time here most of the time! Kaye and Greg was the best team I dealt with! I think Sky would’ve liked more if we would’ve met at different times! DO NOT BE FOOLED! These apartments look nothing like what’s shown they are very overpriced & out of date ! You’ll never be able to get in touch with anyone in the office they do what they want when they please Ive lived here for 4 years & only got one thing fixed out of the numerous things I asked & that took almost a year to get done, The basement where your storage unit is to put your belongings floods so don’t put anything down there you actually care about because it will be wet and or mildewed, there’s always new manag... read more
Good evening me and my wife Sara loves this apartment in Southfield Michigan Jen the head manager of the complex she make us feel comfortable in our new home she very professional 💯 and great attitude she work with you make your life easy and peace of mind!! We moved in April 13 2024 it's a Saturday it took 2 days to move U-Haul truck any repairs in your apartment job always get done 👍 we be here along time
