Loose Leaf Properties has made it possible to properly screen tenants. Private homeowners can no longer verify employment themselves. Loose Leaf takes care of advertising, lease preparation, and walks through the property every six months. They track expenses and send us income checks in a timely manner. They provide resources for repairs and maintenance, and work with me when I select specific tradespeople. Loose Leaf Properties are great! Jose is very responsive. Whenever any issue comes up, he takes care of it and puts my mind at ease. I have found all of the staff to be really positive, friendly, and helpful. They quickly found us great tenants that signed a 2 year lease and for the price we were asking.
