Poor service from start to finish. Never get back to you have to constantly chase. Finally got a response from Rio and it wasn’t news I was expecting after a 2+ week delay in response. Claims he was on holiday for that duration. Poor communication if this is the case clearly don’t have the staff to handle their workload and leave potential opportunities on the table.

Poor communication and no show to viewing my property. Constantly chasing with no call back, then after complaining to the company, was told they have decided to not proceed with letting my property. Complete scam.
