Lorenzo is a really down to earth guy and with a lot of patience and respect. I drive a delivery truck and this time of year it is hard for me to take time out to do much of anything else. There was quite a few times he would call and I would have to get back with him when I got a chance . And for that extra patience he made this refinance really easy .
