A completely unprofessional treatment. Not Lifestance as a facility, but of the therapist Loretta Avallone-Goerke. She is the only one who fits my schedule, but she canceled several times for no reason... case of discrimination?? I don't know, but in NYC it is difficult to find therapists that are covered by your insurance... now the lack of professionalism leaves a lot to say about the situation of the therapist.. This is just not a good experience at all.
She is been wonderful and helpful. I look forward to our sessions.
