Lori was very friendly and informative, very helpful on all the information I needed to get to satisfy the underwriter, went out of her way to meet me for different papers i needed to get to her, I enjoyed her company and we made each other laugh, as I was in mourning for my husband who had just recently passed, I really needed that, it was a pleasure

She was very professional and kept me up to date on the progress.My interest rate was expected. I converted my FHA ARM to a conventional loan. My appraisal went well. She is someone that I would certainly refer to my family and friend. I enjoyed working with Laura.
