Lori is one of the most unprofessional health care providers I have experienced. She was late to our online appointment, and unapologetic about it. She did not listen to, or have empathy for, her patient. I found her to be unprofessional in the way she spoke to me. Her questions were just a checklist and there was no depth in her wanting to get to know me and my situation. She did not listen to my concerns.
