The complaint I have is about the time that it takes for people in the office to response to the call, another problem that I have with the system is that sometimes you can reach the chat from the link, other times you have to copy and paste the link. From the very beginning I had have many different problem connecting with doctors. Another problem is that some of the people in the office are very helpful, but others do not have the patient to explain how the system works.
