I booked an appointment for one of my children and they called to ask if future appointments could be made during school hours which I agreed. I get a phone message today saying they need more information and when I returned the call all they needed was insureance information or my credit card info. After providing credit card information they proceed to say that Lorin had cancelled the appoitment because I didn't have insurance listed.
