My experience has been marked by repeated delays, poor communication, unprofessional behavior from staff, and what appears to be questionable billing practices. I've been going to this office for 3 months, and I've had nothing but frustration. The front desk staff is incredibly unhelpful--rude, inattentive, and seems more interested in sitting around than assisting patients. Every time I call, I'm put on hold for ages, and when I finally arrive, I'm made to wait over an hour despite having a scheduled appointment. I had the pleasure of having Dr. Fazilat as my OB GYN for both of my pregnancies and I couldn’t be happier with the care. From first consultation to postpartum Dr. Fazilat was incredibly professional and attentive and compassionate. The prenatal care was thorough and always made me feel supported. I went to the gynecologist Bahareh Fazilat with my tests ready to get a second opinion on February 2025 . But the doctor didn't even show up. So you even have no chance to ask questions concerning your conditions of women’s health. But spent there around 2 hours. That’s why I do not recommend this doctor to visit.
