They were timely and communicative throughout our restoration process. It was a small project for them, but they treated it with as much importance as a high dollar large job. I cannot speak more highly of my experience with Lotus! ****** from Lotus came out to check to see if there was mold behind my wall due to water damage. ****** did a thorough inspection and after inspection told me that there was no mold so I asked what I owe him for the inspection and he said nothing. He wouldnt even accept a tip. I dont know any service provider to ever do an inspection for free so I was blown away to hear that I didnt owe anything.
