I would highly recommend Lotus Restoration Services. Every employee I interacted with from **** in the office to ****** and his crew **** and ****** were professional, kind, and knowledgeable. They were timely and communicative throughout our restoration process. It was a small project for them, but they treated it with as much importance as a high dollar large job. I feel confident any mold/moisture has been removed from our home. Thank you, Lotus!

I cannot speak more highly of my experience with Lotus! ****** from Lotus came out to check to see if there was mold behind my wall due to water damage. ****** did a thorough inspection and after inspection told me that there was no mold so I asked what I owe him for the inspection and he said nothing. He wouldnt even accept a tip. I dont know any service provider to ever do an inspection for free so I was blown away to hear that I didnt owe anything. We used Lotus Restoration Services due to a water leak in the kitchen that effectively destroyed the kitchen island. The company was prompt in its response, and everyone was very professional and courteous dealing with the necessary remediation work and the insurance claim. We felt well taken care of during the process.

Consider this your warningsteer clear of this contractor. They start by charging you $100 or more for an "inspection report" that amounts to nothing more than a fancy quote. There was nothing informative or useful in the report whatsoever; it was purely a gateway to rack up additional charges. I wouldn't have agreed to the fee had I known it was just a paid estimate disguised as a professional inspection.Their pricing was equally outrageousmore than 40% above what three competing contractors quoted me for the same work.
