I now have insurance and I'm unable to continue my care with the Loudoun Free Clinic. Due to my circumstances I needed to ask for help and I was embarrassed. The staff were kind and caring. They put my mind at ease and were very thoughtful and thorough with my care. Their professionalism is worthy of much praise and I'm so greatful to all of them for being there to help me to stay healthy.

Have volunteered here and am blown away by the staff's dedication and thoroughness. Almost everyone here is a volunteer and they are all very caring, talented, and go above and beyond. Would highly recommend to anyone who qualifies. :)

This clinic doesn't even deserve a single star. Very poor client service. One of the staff is a female called joanna Rojas is the most dishonest person I have ever met in American health care system. She false Documentes everything, and she lies in to your eyes. Don't waist your precious time in that clinic because they are not professional at all. Especially, try not to deal with Rojas. She doesn't return calls or emails. What you will hear from her are lies and lies.

The clinic provides a good service and the volunteers are great. The people running it however, try to give the patients the bare minimum. You can not trust them at all

Everyone is very nice the doctors are great
