Let’s start by saying your office staff can make or break your practice! Dr. Gannon is amazing doctor but has lost a patient due to rude and disrespectful behavior from a front desk employee. I have asked repeatedly at least on 5 different occasions for the office manager to call me and even asked for the doctor to call me. No response!
Staff is very friendly. Dr Redman is awesome, great demeanor, professional, and reassuring. Very knowledgeable
Was most expensive visit I have ever had with insurance. Staff was friendly but doctor was in and out. They called me over a yea after my visit trying to collect on a falsely past due charge. The lady tried to force me to pay over phone. Never paid and never was sent an invoice. Very shady
Dr.Files is exceptional , he’s concerned and knowledgeable about his craft. Explains thoroughly throughout the examination process. I have recommended his eye specialty practice to many , since I was treated and satisfied with an ongoing eye condition I was having for months. I thank you tremendously Dr.Files and staff.
Up to date Equipment!!!! No disrespect but its not your Mom n Pop Eye Clinic. But they will take care of your Mom & Pop in a new up to date Environment and also Atmosphere.. Thanks
