I purchased a home 3 years that has a 10 year warranty thru Louisiana Foundation Repair. Initially when I called 7 months ago the receptionist lied and said the warranty was only good for 5 years so if you decide to use them PLEASE keep your paperwork because they are not honest. Now 7 months later I am still waiting on this company to come and look at the work they completed. Every time I call it’s “I’ll let them know you called.” Who is them? Because “they” never call back. Omg! They seem sooo unorganized. I called for someone to come out and give me quote. When they answer the phone, they just say hello. Since it’s a business, try “Hello this is La Foundation. How can I help you?” Then nobody ever called. The lady that answers the phones, always seems confused. Thanks but no thanks. I’ll try another company. I pay attention to signs🤦🏽♀️
Called about a month ago and asked to get an estimate on a foundation repair that needs to be repaired and was told someone would call me back. No one did . Called to day and I was told that I needed to call some other company if I need to get an Estimate. But I need the work done on the house guess they don't need the work. So don't wast your time calling no one will call you back. And thats a fact. Call someone else.
