Dr. Mauser was kind, friendly and made my entire experience comfortable. Had a full nail removal. I’ve been to many foot doctors and I would recommend Dr. Mauser and his practice to anyone with foot pain or issues. 10 out 10
Dr. Mauser and office staff are both professional and friendly! The office staff worked well with my schedule and was very accommodating to my time constraints. Dr. Mauser was amazing. Knowledgeable, thorough in his explanations and spoke in terms I could easily understand. He listened to my concerns about any aggressive treatments and gave me multiple options to choose ranging from conservative plans to surgery. It was nice to feel like my concerns were well heard! Excellent experience. The staff are all extremely kind and accommodating. Facilities are private and clean. Dr. Mauser is very thorough and professional, a real pro. I have been to many podiatrists, this is by far the best experience I have had. Today was my second visit, the first time they squeezed me in last minute before an overseas trip. It was my first visit because I was in search of a new podiatrist, the accommodated me immediately even as a new patient. I am lucky I found them and highly recommend them!
Dr. Mauser's staff is courteous, caring and friendly. They made every effort to get me in quickly (I was in pain) and take care of me. Dr. Mauser is kind and capable. He explains issues in understandable language and his manner is tremendous. I'm so glad I found this practice, and I would definitely recommend them to absolutely anyone!
Dr. Mauser and staff are exceptional in providing care to their patients! I had to have a toenail (that was halfway falling off) removed. I went to the ER the night before and they couldn't help me. I called his office the next day and they asked when I could be there and told me to come in! They can do x-rays in the office and the wait to see him wasn't long at all! Dr. Mauser is professional and courteous. I appreciate and trust his opinion. This is the podiatry office you want!
