It took a month to get the drapery back. They came back looking the same. They did not smell clean. Nothing like the previous comments. I called to speak to the manager Chris. Never gave me a call back instead I had Cheryl call me saying she was told to take care of the issues. She said they did everything possible to clean them unfortunately they had sun damage and this and that. Paid $200 for my drapes to look worse then they left my house. Wouldn’t recommend this place. I sent three sets of honeycomb cell blinds to get cleaned and two of the three came back with dark stains that appeared as though the blinds brushed up against something greasy or dirty. The tech even acknowledged the stains weren’t there when he picked them up and the condition was noted on the work order BEFORE they were cleaned. RecommendedHighly recommend. Excellent work repairing a Hunter Douglas blind that all of a sudden wouldn’t raise more than about 10”. Very nice and knowledgeable staff. Bonus is their parking lot which made the drop off and pick up very easy. They’re great.
