Great experience. We needed 2 sets of Blinds repaired. Lovitt came out and couldn’t repair them at our house so they took them back to there shop and rebuilt them and had them back to us in 2 weeks. They kept us informed and updated on progress and are easy to work with and follow up on there promised.

I didn’t have high hopes for the blinds that I brought to your company. They were installed in in 1996. They had never been cleaned. I brought one blind in to be cleaned with 30 years of dirt. I was amazed with the results. I brought it home and hung it next to the other blinds and it was like I had a new blind. I priced out getting new blinds which was thousands of dollars.. We had a TERRIFIC experience with Lovitt Blinds. Initially, we contacted the company to re-string 2 blinds (from another company) for our very large, south-facing windows. The blinds were carefully restrung as requested. However, after the repaired blinds were reinstalled, it quickly became clear that there was a problem with the pull mechanism on one set. I needed a blind fixed an I just could not find anyone to repair it. I brought the blind to Lovitt Blinds & Drapery. I was greeted by Chris who was so kind. He wasn't sure if he could fix the blind since it wasn't one that they sell. He used his deep knowledge of blinds and was able to fix it. So, I had not had my Hunter Douglas blinds cleaned professionally since the pandemic. The staff was friendly, prompt, and helpful. They arrived within days to access my current blinds, wanted only half down now, half when the blinds are returned. AND, unlike other businesses, NO surcharge for paying on my cc card, which is tops! I was not notified before hand that the blinds would take a few weeks to be returned, BUT since they are being cleaned and checked for damage, stains, malfunctions, etc., one cannot complain.
