Was seen in this office over a year ago, while in the office they drew labs an attempted to get an X-ray but the X-ray machine would not work. Never heard back from the office with lab results or to reschedule my appt. Months later they reached out for payment. I paid them and explained I wanted my lab results, I waited but never received the results. Over a year later, I’ve reached out to obtain these results and no one returns my calls and when I call they just forward me to a voicemail. Everyone seems to be very friendly ... read more

I would recommend Low Country for your arthritis problems and treatment. Dr. Edgerton is an amazing Dr and his nurses and staff are kind, considerate and truly care about you and your condition. The infusion department is the same way. They do an outstanding job.

Avoid this facility at all costs. They are not a true care provider—just a business that prioritizes their own convenience over patients' well-being. At 84 years old, I suffer from acute arthritis pain. I scheduled an appointment with one of their doctors, and after waiting a full month for my April 3rd appointment, they abruptly canceled it, pushing me back to May 26th—another 45 days of unnecessary suffering. A real care provider would actually care. This place does not.

I was seen promptly at the appointed time. The staff were friendly and polite. Dr. Murphy took an appropriate interval medical history and did a good focused physical examination. She answered all of my questions.
