The whole experience from the first phone call to closing day was an absolute train wreck. Here is the highlights: 1. They are extremely pushing about wanting us to take an FHA loan. Ben and his team are the 5 Star team, outstanding! He is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and has amazing communication skills with clients!
