Couldn't have been worse. Didn't follow through on any of the terms we discussed. Ben really dragged out the process for weeks by not responding to calls or texts. I didn't have an actual offer in writing until the day I was supposed to close only to have all the terms we agreed on verbally reversed. It really felt like we were being strung along with false promises so that we would run out of options and concede to their terms. I wouldn't waste my time with them.
