Excellent customer service from the moment I called. The customer service rep was able to send a team immediately, and was very kind and professional and courteous. I could not have asked for a better team: top-notch honesty, professionalism and problem solving. My aging Marathon hot water heater developed a leak from the vacuum breaker on the cold water inlet. Zach did a great job! He got our hot water working again quickly and even took a little time to answer some additional questions about our bathrooms. Next time we need work done we will be calling.
Had Loyal install a ball valve and hose bib in basement, and move a spigot to new location on exterior of house. Everything was exposed and easy to get to. They provided a quote and explained work very well before starting. Overpriced but needed to get done. They did a swing and a miss on the exterior wall which left me with a hole on the exterior I had to patch. The tech was very apologetic for the error. Michael, Amanda and everyone from Loyal plumbing have been amazing to work with. They were attentive and thorough both with the work and with the efficiency. They were considerate with our needs and I could tell that they really care about the customer. Michael always returned calls right away and answered all of our questions. They were so amazing to work with that even our dog was happy instead of stressed. I recommend Loyal plumbing and will use them again!
My washing machine drain wasn’t working. Loyal Plumbing came and found the issue, estimated the work cost and fixed the problem. They were polite, knowledgeable and kept me updated as work went along. Would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.
