What I dont like about the Loyola system.is having to jump through hoops to schedule and you dont get direct access to your dr.s office if you need to speak with someone regarded prescriptions or adverse reactions to meds. You can't get anyone directly so what are you supposed to do in the meantime? Also why arent there more African American doctors in the Western Suburb areas?
Dr Maria Ramirez was great during the appointment. I am however disappointed in how she ordered my bloodwork. Instead of sending as preventative (such as diabetes check when it runs in my family) she put it through as diagnostic. This ended up in a $1,000 medical bill that should have been (at least partially) covered by insurance. Insurance pushed it back on the doctor due to how she ordered it. Do not waste your time coming to this emergency room!! My dad experienced the worst customer service ever starting with DR. SWAYZE and nurse LINDA today December 18th at 12:30-1AM. They had the worst attitudes made my dad feel really bad because all he wanted was antibiotics and an MRI for his feet. There’s no reason to go into detail but what I do know is that this place needs to be shut down or only be available for ambulances. In response to Betty Vargas review regarding Rosa in Dr. Dubins office. I can attest to Ms. Vargas Review. All the receptionist in Dr. Dubins office should be reprimanded for their rudeness to patients. I was also treated as if I were beneath them . My son decided to wait for me in the office. They had no idea he was my son . As the sick patients were leaving the office the receptionists were talking about these patients and laughing at them. My son said they were relentless. Annette Santiago was so awesome. I saw the reviews online and I like to judge for myself and I couldn't have had a better experience. Me and my daughter was lost and turns out we were in the right place. Annette was so kind and people should know that there are a few bad apples out there but we can't forget about those who really take pride in their job and love helping people.
