Dr. Lynn was THE worst "Dr" I've ever had. She made me feel unworthy, she didn't believe me when I said another Dr had told me something bizarre. I felt incredibly uncomfortable to the point I cried. She continued to interrupt me, never allowing me to finish a single sentence. I didn't even allow her to continue with an exam. If I didn't trust you with listening to me why would I allow you to examine me? It seems like she would allegedly be the kind of Dr to forge or lie about things according to who she knows. Worst customer service. It is almost impossible to reach my doctor or nurse to request a form. I just wish my family doctor, who we being patients for many years, was in another network.
The front desk staff are totally incompetent. The 2 doctors i have used here were the worse doctors I have ever used.
Worst Loyola location. Front desk staff is condescending. I had to repeat my last name three times. Clerk kept pulling up the wrong person and all that caused me to miss my appointment. Ramirez is not that difficult to understand. It does not sound like Martinez at all. I was within the grace period when I arrived but not after all that “confusion”. Just bad all around.
Absolute clowns at this organization and I wish I could give them zero stars. Mary Lynn has zero compassion and would rather berate her patients for their weight instead of helping with their problems. I was refused the medication I normally have prescribed due to her "not liking" my weight. Also had a medical student join us WITHOUT my consent.
