There are not enough words to express our gratitude for this amazing team. My mother’s recovery would have never been possible without them. I really thought that this Home Health Service was amazing my nurse Lindsay was so caring and understanding and so helpful. It was always a great relief when I seen her because I knew that concerns I had she would be able to help me with. She helped me to understand what was normal with my healing process and anything that I should bring to the attention of the doctor. In December of 2025, I had my right knee replaced. One week ago I had my left knee replaced. Based on my experience with Randy Bandaya the first time around, I insisted that I be assigned to him again. He is truly the best. His attention to detail is incomparable. He explains in detail every exercise, including the reason and the muscle groups affected. My progress , thanks to his actions, has been remarkable. My experience with Michelle the physical therapist who worked with me was welcoming and very helpful with my beginning recovery from my knee replacement surgery. She was patient and understanding as well as encouraging throughout my healing process. So happy I selected Loyola home care .

Loyola home health is a place I would recommend to anyone. The physical/occupational therapist , Razel, was not only very effective in getting great results , reducing his pain, getting him motivated to move and do the exercises (quite a feat) but being so kind and caring. Flexible in her appointments , she really seems to enjoy what she does. My family is very grateful to her.
