Great facility. It’s refreshing to be at a facility where the staff are consistently friendly and care for the patient.Very pleased with my new primary care provider, Dr Lomax. Dr.Lomax was great, very friendly and honest! I had some blood work done and the Nurse that helped me Shari was amazing! I usually have a very hard time doing blood work but she helped me so much, she was very compassionate and understanding, she took her time with me and made me feel like my care mattered to her. Overall I had an amazing experience! Will only be going to her for blood work going forward!
I went here for pelvic floor physical therapy and after my first appt I didn’t go back. I figured being a new pt the provider would have reviewed my chart since a Loyola physician referred me but she didn’t. She did a full exam but stated “so why are you here, I don’t think you really need therapy” she also stated my symptoms were in my head and came off pretty rude. This review is for the lab only! Sherri is amazing! One of the few medical professionals out there who has compassion and empathy for their patients (the medical field these days seem to lack empathy but not Sherri). My daughter came for blood work with EXTREME anxiety and Sherri was amazing! The love and care she gave for her profession showed. In the end, she got the job done and my daughter left happy. If they lose this employee that would be a huge loss for this facility cuz this woman is the real deal!!!!
