Had an appointment at 1125 waited 30 mins to be seated in a room to wait another hour still waiting on the doctor. Once the doctor showed up the Nurse just stands there on her phone while the doctor explained stuff very strange. bathrooms arent clean not sure if they even check them but the workers are nice people.
I have been to this facility multiple times. The front desk associates are almost always friendly and the nurses and doctors have always been attentive and helpful. Sure, at times someone has a bad day but it is not the norm.
I've been seen at this location for MANY years & I get labs done every six weeks.. The lab is great all around. I also go if i obviously need to be seen/treated for injuries, colds, etc. HOWEVER My wife & I were seen because of rash concerns. Our rashes were not the same type at all. She had raised rashes on one of her arms. Myself, my rashes were bite-looking, very red & itchy & located on my whole body & the rashes were spaced out but multiplying. The embodiment of the US healthcare system. I went there because I thought I had pneumonia. I explained my symptoms and even though I was very clear it was my lungs they said they were required to do an ECG test because I mentioned pain near my chest. I made it very clear again I have no pain related to my heart it was from breathing. The nurse literally told me she was required to do the test. I said I did not want the test. Unfortunately, this location is filled with the rudest and most unprofessional medical staff! They feel like they can treat you whatever just because you are sick and need help. I will move my entire medical treatment somewhere else immediately!
