Excellent visit under the circumstances. Needed to go to this location due to persistent cough for two weeks. Everyone in the office provided outstanding customer service. The two receptionist were polite and efficient. The Doctor I saw was professional and concerned. The X-Ray technician was careful and concerned.I would highly recommend this location for your immediate care needs.
Brought 4 yr old in for flu symptoms after exposure to RSV.. had a wonderful experience from check in to leaving. The MAs and nurses were so kind and attentive. There was an error with sending the prescription to the pharmacy and the dr called us after closing to get the name of a 24hr to resend to. He also called the next morning to make sure we got the medication. Very grateful for the care everyone gave!
Loyola has been able to help me every single time I have been there except for once and that was for a muscle related issue that they dont have the ability to do testing for. UTI, rashes, Co id, colds and flu's they are fantastic with. Its clean, Dr.'s are very thorough & offer great advice and follow up with almost everything. I have visited this Urgent Care for some time now and it never changes front desk service are very uninterested. Give you such attitude .Some of the doctors seem to be checked out .Visited the clinic yesterday very sick doctor came in as if she just got out of bed Very dry Very uninterested.. did two test on me which came back negative which was great RSV and the flu but did not test me for Covid did not recommend me anything but to take over-the-counter cough medicine. . I visited one of your urgent care providers for what I believed to be a potential UTI or rash. The physician I saw did not provide a clear diagnosis due to my abnormal symptoms and instead recommended lab testing. Unfortunately, I received a message via MyChart stating that my test results were lost. I was then told that “if symptoms lighten up,” I shouldn’t worry about it.
