Excellent visit under the circumstances. Needed to go to this location due to persistent cough for two weeks. Everyone in the office provided outstanding customer service. The two receptionist were polite and efficient. The Doctor I saw was professional and concerned. The X-Ray technician was careful and concerned.I would highly recommend this location for your immediate care needs.
The staff at the front desk were very sweet and welcoming. I only waited about five minutes, which unfortunately was about as long as my appointment lasted. I was recently involved in a car accident and mentioned several soft tissue injuries and areas of pain, but the doctor did not examine them. Instead, I was prescribed medication and quickly sent on my way. This was my second visit to this office. Never coming back here again. I’ve always hated Loyola due to having more bad expediences than good, and this last experience has solidified that. The doctors at the immediate care are terrible, don’t care to listen and don’t do what they say they will. Never received any results from a throat culture I had to ask for since rapid tests are not always accurate, after being in so much pain from an infection. Brought 4 yr old in for flu symptoms after exposure to RSV.. had a wonderful experience from check in to leaving. The MAs and nurses were so kind and attentive. There was an error with sending the prescription to the pharmacy and the dr called us after closing to get the name of a 24hr to resend to. He also called the next morning to make sure we got the medication. Very grateful for the care everyone gave!
Loyola has been able to help me every single time I have been there except for once and that was for a muscle related issue that they dont have the ability to do testing for. UTI, rashes, Co id, colds and flu's they are fantastic with. Its clean, Dr.'s are very thorough & offer great advice and follow up with almost everything.
