I like Dr. Rupp a lot. However, I do not like the side office where they draw blood. They are in no hurry, chatting like they are on break, and they have “The View” on the TV, in a very small waiting room…the volume turned up to 11. “The View” is my kryptonite, my brain shrinks and bleeds when I hear it. No one appeared at the desk again for awhile, so I had the main desk print off my order and I took it to another place to draw blood. No one should have to endure what I did. Lolz
I love to come to this healing place they have any kind of medical specialist farmacy Coffee shop bending specialist food. Ample parking driving busses to all their practices buildings Handyman Valet.
Slow as heck service. The front end doesn't know what you're talking about, and once you get into the doctors room, they don't see you for over a hour. What's the point of having a PCP and they don't help you?
Going here is a bad idea! They will ignore you and waste you whole day. While my mom and I sit in a waiting room, the nurses and doctors laugh it out.
The Dr and Nurse are nice but the receptionist Fed is rude and unprofessional, also hard to get in for a last minute appointment, you have to book it several weeks ahead. This unprofessional behavior from the front desk alone is why I’m looking for a new Dr. and it’s a shame because he’s a great Dr very thorough. No reason to scold me for not answering my confirmation call when I confirmed my appointment online.
