I would have liked to give a good review to this Clinic, unfortunately that is not the case. It was the first time that my mother had an appointment at this clinic and it was an appointment to be an after ER visit and unfortunately we arrived 8 minutes late and according to the clinic policy they have a grace period of 15 minutes. First time at this location and all the staff was extremely welcoming. Starting with Brianna at the front desk. Also, Dr. Bridget and nurse Alexandra were very helpful and caring. I would definitely recommend this location.

Very disappointed with the organization of this establishment. Dr. Lindsay leaves patient in the room for a whole hour before she comes to check on you. It’s like she forgets about the patients. I am a patient from Loyola and I’m very schocked and displeased with this location because I never had to experience such a long wait unless it was an ER visit. This is irregular for a Loyola establishment. Never had a complain until now.

Dr Maddrell is so lovely, she listened and seemed to care and I was very comfortable during my visit even though medical settings stress me out.
