Worst clinic ever staff with attitude a Hispanic lady in the front was the one who seen me and she had additiude like she was the president it really be your own kind trying to make you feel less I’m a Mexican person but that dosnt mean she can treat me different .. she’s just the receptionist she should humble her self she’s no better than anyone I got to my appointment at 9 to find out my insurance wasn’t working and she keeped me their for 30 min to tell me I couldn’t be seen because my appointment was at 9 and not 930 . ... read more
I know that many reviewers only take the time when they have complaints. My first experience at this site was very pleasant and professional. As a long-time Loyola patient, I have been to many Loyola sites. This one was absolutely equal to service and courtesy at any Loyola site.
Staff are nice. Only thing is, they assign an appointment time but don’t take the patient 20-30min later. Clean, friendly but staff can be a little more accurate
Due to their mistake I may end up with an VERY large bill for an out of network service that I was under the impression was approved and the other hospital had approval for it at the time too. The lady with referrals has tried to help me but there is only so much she could do. I have been calling here and there since APRIL excepting a call back from a manager. I walk in yesterday to the Women's Health Riverside as a new patient I see no line, no wait, no other patients just me. The NP had an attitude I felt rushed to answer 50 questions she wasn't listening to my answers I had to repeat myself. I had a better experience with Dr. Porto and was told to bring a sample to LL20 that lap receptionist was rude and snapped at me when all she had to do was open the door herself to let me in the back.
