Absolutely unacceptable experience. This clinic wastes people’s time by refusing to see patients because they are 35 weeks pregnant, yet fails to clearly communicate that beforehand. I showed up expecting care and was turned away at the door like my situation didn’t matter. The staff was unhelpful, unprofessional, and showed zero compassion or respect. I know that many reviewers only take the time when they have complaints. My first experience at this site was very pleasant and professional. As a long-time Loyola patient, I have been to many Loyola sites. This one was absolutely equal to service and courtesy at any Loyola site.
Worst clinic ever staff with attitude a Hispanic lady in the front was the one who seen me and she had additiude like she was the president it really be your own kind trying to make you feel less I’m a Mexican person but that dosnt mean she can treat me different .. she’s just the receptionist she should humble her self she’s no better than anyone I got to my appointment at 9 to find out my insurance wasn’t working and she keeped me their for 30 min to tell me I couldn’t be seen because my appointment was at 9 and not 930 . ... read more
Staff are nice. Only thing is, they assign an appointment time but don’t take the patient 20-30min later. Clean, friendly but staff can be a little more accurate
Due to their mistake I may end up with an VERY large bill for an out of network service that I was under the impression was approved and the other hospital had approval for it at the time too. The lady with referrals has tried to help me but there is only so much she could do. I have been calling here and there since APRIL excepting a call back from a manager.
