I have always received quality care here. However, I find it strange given the recent lawsuit, Smith v. Loyola University Medical Center (Case No. 1:23-cv-15828) where LUMC was found liable for improperly installing tracking technologies on its portal app and website (MyLoyola/MyChart) sharing private personal patient information and health data with third parties without consent, that this practice has not addressed this issue and continues to push patients, almost to the point of harassment, to share their personal inform... read more
I am not sure why there are all of the negative reviews. I have had nothing but positive experiences. I can get in quickly if I need to. I don't wait for more than 10 minutes for my scheduled appointments. They have taken care of all my prescriptions and changes to them. Highly recommend this location.
The wait times to talk to an OPERATOR to get SCHEDULED with a primary physician is about 15 minutes. And then they have to transfer you to the doctor office which could be another wait. Even the operators don't have direct lines to the doctor offices. Every doctor is a 6 week in advance appointment. And the doctors just prescribe medication - they DO NOT care about things like PT or any alternatives to medication. These doctors work for a company, not for patients. I requested a fax November 11th. It's a week later. Where is my fax? Everytime i call it just rings and rings. Hardly anyone answers when you call and if they do answer it's this young girl who sounds brand new and or terribly flustered. I shouldn't have to wait a GD week for a fax. Terrible staff at this location.
My family have been patients for almost 40 years. We started with Dr Boblick when they had their first office on Grand Ave. I have to say we we blessed to find the these wonderful Doctors. My whole family and friends are also patients. Love the personal attention they give you anytime you see them . As for the call center I think a few thick’s need to be made. But a lot of hospitals have changed their call centers . Thank you Dr John and staff. May you all be blessed and good health to all.
