This office feels extremely outdated and disorganized. The e-check-in process seems pointless — every visit I’m asked to repeat the same information at the front desk and then again in the exam room, as if nothing carries over in their system. Appointments also consistently run far behind schedule, with no transparency or communication about delays. My experience with Loyola Hospital has been disappointing over the years. Recently, I contacted the hospital on a Friday morning and afternoon regarding my daughter's symptoms but never received a call back. Instead, I received an email from the nurse claiming she had called, which she did not. Due to the lack of response, I took my daughter to Elmhurst ER, where the wait time was shorter and the staff took children's needs more seriously than at Loyola. I would like to write this for parents, Dr Beamer is a waste of time and embarrassment for this institution. She could not even check my daughter’s ear because it had ear wax but I saw reddens around her canal and she just said ear is fine. After I cleaned her ear and unclog the canal she had tympanic membrane covered in pus. i insisted to ho back again yo be rechecked with another Doctor who made a comment good job mom. My experience with Loyola as a whole has been terrible. My best experience was with a tech who gave me her direct number to reschedule my appointment. I took the train all the way from the North side of Chicago and she knew if I rescheduled over the phone I wouldn't be seen for 3 months. Also my GI doctor was amazing. Aside from that it has been awful and I don't think 2 people can make up for the many who work in healthcare but do not have an once of empathy for what people might be going through. I saw Dr. Z Aouhab she wasn’t professional at all I went in for back pain and she literally treated me like a drug attic ask me to take off my socks pull my pants leg up and also ask me to pull up my sleeves!!! Then went on to tell me the medicine I’m on for pain most jobs won’t hire me!!! Dr. Z Aouhab Also lied in my notes and said that the medicine wasn’t working for my back pain which is a lie. I felt very disrespected by her!!!
