I have had an appointment to have a special test done here instead of going to the Chicago Medical Center. I found that the staff was great in providing me with all the information I needed from making the appointment, to arriving, getting the test done and then completing my departure with copies of my tests. I recommend if you don't want to drive to Chicago, then use this Loyola Medicine Center in Tinley Park. It's the same quaility of care and the staff is pleasant.
It’s a be try clean place . Some of the stuff are rude . You know who I’m talking about by just seeing their face . But a lot of the doctors here keep making excuses to keep seeing them. To get more money . I seen several doctors here in different departments. And I would go in and we would talk about the treatment ect. And they still want you to schedule a follow up . I called to make an appointment to see a neurologist at Loyola I was told no referral was needed and I did have X-RAYS from another hospitals emergency room. I was scheduled to see a Jessica Wilson and I made my appointment. She asked to see my medical records or imaging I was in the process of sending the X-rays and she told me to just go back to the facility that seen me because they already had the records. The staff is polite, but I dont think that political items should be displayed. I have never seen politics displayed in ANY other medical center, Dr's office etc that Ive visited, this is in the check in area. Also, there is one race that Ive never seen represented in the numerous employees Ive encountered, which makes me feel out of place.
I went for my first chemo treatment for bladder cancer and 5 stars all the way. The building, the staff, the room, all were as good as I could hope for.
