The only reason to go to Loyola is if everyone else is closed. Their billing department is incompetent. Twice I've been charged over $500 for a simple blood test because they entered the insurance code incorrectly. People make mistakes, but when you keep making the same mistake there is something wrong. Another time they agreed to put me on a payment plan, then withdrew the entire bill.
