I want to start out by saying how incredibly disgusting this hospital is when it comes to cleanliness. Every part of the hospital I stepped in was completely dirty and extremely unorganized. I find this completely unprofessional and unacceptable, it’s not fair to the patients who are being treated at Loyola. Besides the lack of sanitation, the people who work the hospital its self are extremely unprofessional and rude. The staff lacks empathy and patient care , I came in around 10:00PM and didn’t get seen until about 3:00AM ... read more

I’ve had multiple ER visits over the past few weeks for ongoing symptoms, and my experiences have raised serious concerns about care and communication. During one visit, after waiting for hours alone in a room, I attempted to leave due to the lack of assessment. Only then did the doctor come in and tell me I should not leave because I needed treatment. I stayed. I was told they had been “monitoring me,” yet I had not been connected to any blood pressure, heart rate, or pulse monitoring equipment, and no IV had been started.... read more

Very poor experience in the Emergency Department. My husband arrived in a serious condition and was never assigned a room; he remained in a hallway the entire time. Despite still being medicated and not truly stable, he was discharged. The care felt impersonal and it was clear that the lack of medical insurance affected the way he was treated. Patient well-being did not seem to be a priority. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone seeking responsible and humane care

This isn't my first time filing a complaint in regards to this facility my first one was when I miscarried and they let me bleed out right in front of everybody in the waiting room and I was there for over 7 hours and by the time I lef... read more

I came to the ER expecting what I read on the reviews. It was the opposite this time of what I read. The ER staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. I want to give a special thanks to Na'jah in registration. She was very helpful and provided a lot of information. Wilfred Recera (ED RN) for assisting the doctor and being friendly and patient with me. Mr. Mayar's the doctor for helping me understand what could be happening. He was very nice and patient as well. I didn't catch the names of the triage nurses when you first come... read more
